Individual 60-minute sessions
Free 15-minute taster sessions
4-session recovery packages
Advanced healing plans (Renewal Journey)
Free sessions for children under 16

All treatments are provided subject to suitability assessment and availability.

4. Booking and Appointments

4.1 Making a Booking

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email
You must provide accurate and complete information when booking
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
You must be at least 18 years old to book appointments (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18)

4.2 Appointment Confirmation

We will confirm your appointment via email or phone
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment sessions without refund

4.3 Medical Suitability

You must disclose all relevant medical information before treatment
Certain medical conditions may preclude you from receiving hyperbaric oxygen therapy
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it is unsafe or unsuitable for you

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Fees

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will honor the price at the time of booking
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit card or debit card.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe.

5.3 Children's Sessions

Treatment sessions for children under the age of 16 are provided free of charge
Parental or guardian presence is required during treatment

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Customer Cancellations

Full Refund: You may cancel your appointment and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend (no-shows), will not be eligible for a refund
Cancellations must be made by contacting us via phone or email

6.2 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days from the date of cancellation
The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking

Multi-session packages must be used within a reasonable timeframe (to be specified at purchase)
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed

7.2 Package Refunds

Individual sessions within a package are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy
Unused sessions from a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if requested within the package validity period

You must inform us of any changes to your medical condition before each session
You must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff
You must not attend treatment if you are unwell, have a contagious illness, or have consumed alcohol

8.2 Contraindications

Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
Certain ear or sinus conditions
Recent ear surgery
Certain respiratory conditions
